Essential Oils: Cooking, Cleaning, Skincare, and Healing

The Essential Oils class is a composition of everything essential oils are used for in vibrant home life. Plant remedies, known also as essential oils, have been used throughout history and the world. It is one of nature’s most powerful support tools. Essential oils can be incorporated in many different ways in daily life including cooking, cleaning, animal care, and improving the air in a room chemically free. This course will teach students medicinal techniques using natural oils and remedies. 

In this class, you will create their own granola, learn what and how to determine the purity of essential oils. You will also be making your own body scrubs and learn how to incorporate essential oils into your everyday life. You will learn how to use essential oils and which ones to use for cooking. Which ones are non-toxic for your home and pets. The best ones to use for cleaning your home. We will address several skin conditions in which essential oils can help.

Materials Fee
$15.00 (one-time fee) due at the beginning of the first class

Sylvia S. Rodriquez in an American Indian. Her mother and father used natural medicine to heal. She is compelled to help bring this knowledge to the world and believes when this world was created, plants and herbs were put on the Earth to help people in their daily lives. It is up to the individual to educate themselves in finding the plants and herbs to help them heal. She feels natural medicine is a better alternative to synthetic drugs and their side effects.
