Beginning MIG Welding and Fabrication
Learn basic metal fabrication and welding methods including MIG welding, plasma-cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting, and basic blueprint reading. This course is tailored towards those seeking to enter the fabrication industry. It is also useful for the small business owner, farmer, or home hobbyist, and consists of skills practice and a project. Students are expected to bring their own safety equipment: Safety glasses, leather work gloves, welding gloves, and hearing protection.
Steel-toed work boots or leather work shoes are not required but are highly recommended.
