Whether you’re the “finger food” specialist for lunch boxes, collect “pupu” (hors d’oeuvres) recipes for parties, need nutritious snacks for finicky kids or are just planning a fun toothpick dinner — discover a variety of snack goodies for all ages through this course. Students will discover, create, experiment with and enjoy tasty snack creations from around the world. After receiving and reviewing recipes, students will prepare and cook 3-6 creative dishes.
