Evening Light Portrait Photography

You don’t need to own a studio to take good people pictures. Compose, pose and capture great images of people by learning the art of portrait photography. This class focuses on artificial and natural lighting used to make portraits in the golden hour, twilight, and ambient light. Through lecture and hands on exercises participants explore the reflecting light, measuring light, balancing light, white balance in the golden light, and working with subjects for making portraits. Bring your camera, charged batteries, and a tripod if you have one to class. This class is hands-on learning with a professional photographer. Class covers use of reflectors, meters, posing and composing portraits

Noella Vigeant is an artist and professional photographer specialized in commercial and portrait photography. She started as a hobbyist, photographing friends, family, and far off places for over 25 years and has a passion for the visual journey.
