Veterinary Assistant Training Program

Veterinary assistants work in veterinary offices under the direction of a veterinarian. Their main responsibility is providing care according to a veterinarian’s orders. This course combines 70 hours of classroom instruction and a 40- hour externship, for a total of 110 hours.
Requirements for Program: Students must be 18 years of age or older; have proof of H.S. graduation or GED; be proficient in keyboarding; understand computing and word processing; command of the English Language and Math; have internet access, printing capabilities and a working email address that they can check. All eligible students must be able to pass drug and background checks.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for this program, please choose carefully.
Schedule: Classes to be held on Saturdays from 8am-4pm 9.8.18 - 12.1.18 (no class 9.29.18).
Course Fee: $1350 with a Payment Plan available.
Students are responsible for ancillary costs.
Financial Assistance: Regular college Financial Aid is not applicable to this program.
