Yoga Flow Foundations
Flow yoga synchronizes breath with movement as postures flow from one
to another. Students learn poses through a process of breaking postures
into steps and with repetition. Class will include sun salutations, standing
poses, gentle back bends, forward bends and twists, with meditation and
stretching, ending with savasana. Suitable for all levels. Yoga
fundamentals will be taught in a supportive, accessible flow vinyasa class,
starting with breath and stretching, moving though a variety of poses and
ending in mat postures and rest. Focus will be on safe movement with
the breath, using props for support as needed.
Theresa McLaren draws on her 20-plus years of yoga and meditation experience to bring strength
and ease to every body, harmonizing breath with movement. Her classes are accessible, yet
challenging and always fun, leaving the student enlivened and renewed.
