Be a beekeeper for a day and discover the fascinating world of the Apis
mellifera, our western honey bee by learning how to be a beekeeper and
sustain the honey bees. You will learn basic honeybee anatomy and
biology, their caste system, and how to keep yourself protected and safe
while working with the bees. You will have hands-on beekeeping
experience where you will learn the hive components, essential tools, and
how to inspect a colony of bees.
